Refund policy
At Elect Coffee, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to enjoy every cup. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Coffee & Perishable Items
Because coffee is a perishable product, all coffee sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on roasted coffee once it has left our roastery. However, if you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Merchandise & Equipment
We accept returns on unused merchandise, apparel, and brewing equipment within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange merchandise (such as apparel or accessories) for a different size or product, please reach out to us before returning the item so we can confirm availability.
